What this app stores

LetBetter stores your working report data in your browser so you can continue later.

We use the following browser storage technologies:

localStorage: workflow mode, report details (such as the property address), and progress flags.
IndexedDB: photos attached to your workflow.

What may be sent to the server

The condition report tools run in your browser and do not require document uploads for conversion.

No workflow data is sent to our servers.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept in your browser storage until you clear it or remove browser/site data. In-app clear actions are available in both create and amend flows.

Security approach

Security headers including Content Security Policy are enabled.

All workflow data remains local to your browser storage.
